Andrej Pejic is making moves into the jewelry business. The world renown model has been extremely successful over the past several years having worked with Karl Lagerfeld and companies such as Yves Saint Laurent. Andrej has shown interest in accessories for several years having worn a hat line for fun sporting different large blocked letters on the front. The launch was at Gilded Lilly and a portion of the proceeds were donated to charity.

Andrej couldn’t help but celebrate with a bunch of high fashion and a few, hopefully soon, high fashion friends. It was a thin line of hipster vs. haute couture and could only be distinguished via the next day’s photos thanks to a very powerful flash. It’s not easy being the world’s most famous androgynous model. When asked what is the theme of the jewelry line?
“The theme for the collection was to defy tradition and rules or bend them to create something unique and free. Something I have been doing in different ways for a while now.”
