A viewing party in Los Angeles where it’s ground zero for celebrities – since 90% of them all reside here. It’s another subtle reason for locals to dress smart, mingle and have a few beverages. And yes, all women between the ages of 21 to 41 gasped when Leonardo DiCaprio took his Oscar Award finally. Even at a viewing party.
