The name Jessica Biel has been buzzing around Melrose as of late with her restaurant Au Fudge opening this week. No it’s not a kids place or a candy store. It’s a full menu proper sit down eatery with an over 21 bar. Wine isn’t too bad either.

Jessica’s husband, Justin Timberlake, has been involved in restaurants located in New York for quite sometime. We think his successful endeavors in the food business might have touched her curiosity to the point of her now becoming an “owner” of an eatery herself. Bravo! (although we may have some advice on the extremely rare cheeseburgers that were served). It certainly is a great location on a prime street. Surrounded by other successful restaurants such as Gracias Madre and Craig’s, guests will have their pick of flavor for the evening. With the amount of construction and unique decor at first glance, we think Au Fudge is banking on heavy future business.
