NEW YORK: Meatpacking District
Purple Magazine, synonymous with the name Oliver Zahm, held their fashion week extravaganza at the Top of the Standard or better known as the Boom Boom Room. We never did figure out if it was still legal to use that name, Boom Boom Room. Regardless, the crowd was a true fashion mix with a few celebrities and a ton of accomplished and aspiring designers, buyers, models and cool people.

A few photographers were concentrating on Paris and Nikki Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Olivier Zohm. We found a few good words with the dapper hotel baron Andre Balazs to be of more interest. Jimmy Goldstein complimented Andre on the hospitality service as he was staying in the hotel for a few days. We are still wondering if they gave him all access to the rooftop parties.
